1> My Mother has gifted me flat in cooperative housing society 60% portion & 40% portion to others both are having separate gift deed. Gift Deed was done in the year 2000 but division of my flat in my gift deed was wrong shown as kolaba instead of girgaum, I have partly paid the stamp duty in the year 2000 but balance amount of stamp duty was not paid as division was incorrect & my mother is expired in the year 2015, my demand of stamp duty with penalty is Rs.18 lakhs approx out of which 15 lakh is penalty.
2> In the past i have received demand notice by post mail & so my location is easily traceable but when we discuss traceability of location point with my lawyer
3> My Name is also not endorsed in the Share certificate though nomination was done in 2012, however gifting was done in 2000, What is the best way to endorse the name in the share certificate, can it be done on the basis of Gift Deed.

I am yet to receive the further advise on this pending issue from my lawyer.

Kindly come to Moneylife Foundation's Office on Tuesday evening, after you fix your appointment, with xerox copy of all the papers, as under, and any other material with you, from Collector of Stamps or any other Office or court.

(1) Your mother's sale deed in buying of her flat.
(2) Share certificate of your mother.
(3) Your mother's first Gift Deed.
(4) Your mother's second Gift Deed.
(5) Any other correspondence between you and Collector of Stamps, for partial payment of Stamp Duty your Gift Deed.
(6) Copy of your mother's second gift deed.
(7) Any legal case filed by your advocate in any court.
(8) Any other documents if you have. other than above seven documents.
(9) If the first sale deed is jointly done by your parents, then the death certificate of your both parents.
