Dear Sir,

We are Cidco registered society located in new Panvel. One of the member in our society is creating issue with the other members by using vulger words, by damaging society property, by taking direct pipeline connection from overhead tank & also not ready to pay the old outstanding overdue payment.

Our Society chairman informed him to stop doing such kind of nuisance in our society & pay penalty charges for breaking the door & to pay the other outstanding overdue payment.

But they neglect to pay the overdue & outstanding charges. Their total family members are against the society members. All the family members including ladies are behaving harshly with all the members.

We also visited New Panvel CIDCO office which is located opposite to Neel Clinic. But the officer of the Estate Dept. sitting in the 1st floor to whom we have shared our issue informed us that once the society is registered then there is no role of cidco & the committee members as to take action against him. I informed him that we are the committee members & he is not listening to us. He suggested to resolve by our own & if he is using vulger words then to give police complaint against him.

Please suggest, what action can be taken against him.

Regards,

Kannan Pillai,
Yash Malhar CHS Ltd.
