HELLO, I am Ad. Jagruti Thakkar from Jodhpur, Satellite, Ahmedabad. I have a complan of leakage from the 11th floor to 10th floor. I live on the 10th floor. 11th floor was illegally constructed. Later they paid impact fee and got regularized. From the 11th floor water and humidity has spoiled my flat and living conditions. I have complained to the 11th floor owner and the society also. The 11th floor owner doesn't pay attention to my complains. From the terrace of 11th floor leakage is continue and because of that there is humidity, dampness on my walls, colour of walls, AC, curtains, electricity, etc. Also termite infestation has occurred. Because of that my furniture is wasted and there is loss of price for sale of my flat. Even electric short circuits cases have happened so many times. The appearance of my flat is also become bad. The 11th floor owner is not willing to repair and the society also doesn't pay attention saying that this complain doesn't belong to them as they can repair the common terrace only but not the 11th floor penthouse owner's personal terrace. Now, please, guide me.
Adv Jagruti Madam, Kindly make complaint against 11th floor person for all leakage issues in your flat, to Municipal Ward Office of your area, who will take proper action against 11th floor person. You can also make a Civil Complaint against that 11th floor person, in a Civil Court.
