Hello, We are a group of investors who have invested our hard earned money in one of the Housing Societies of Bangalore ( Karnataka Telecom Dept. Employees Coop Society Ltd ,through a waelth advisory firm called Right Horizon Financial Services Pvt Ltd. Its been almost 10-15 years and the sites are not delivered and not even allotment of sites has been done. So we have formed a group of like minded investors around 40-50 in number to fight it out legally and hence wanted your foundations help in seeking guidance on about how to go about it. We are thinking of directly approaching the NCDRC, but not sure if it has powers to bring justice to us all.

Thanks & Regards
Find out whether the project is registered with Karnataka RERA and file cases before it for faster adjudication/conciliation. These can be escalated to Appellate authorities if satisfactory results are not achieved.

Filing cases before NCDRC is also an option but would mean going to Delhi for filing and arguing the cases. Will also be costly.
