I want to make complaint for electricity theft by one of the members, but chairman and secretary have shown the leniency towards it. Please provide its email ID too. I have a single flat registered under two sales agreements (Myself and my wife) with single electricity meter and single corporation tax bill paid under single name. It has single entrance as well as single kitchen. Somehow, co op society has issued two separate share certificate under my name and my wofes name. Now after 30 years of ownership, society is demanding separate maintenance charges from each one of us. Can share certificate be merged under single name? If yes, what process need to be followed? Main Navi Mumbai ke Ganesh Baug Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Flat B-602 se sambandhit ek long-pending matter mein aapki guidance/assistance chahta hoon. Mere matter mein family property, co-operative housing society records, RTI proceedings, police complaints, Registrar/CIDCO authorities aur University records interconnected hain. Main pichhle kuch samay se official records obtain karne aur competent authorities ke saamne matter properly raise karne ka prayas kar raha hoon. Main issues Mere father Late Rammurti Satyanarayan Shukla ke 2001 mein death ke baad family properties aur Flat B-602 se related disputes/record issues continue rahe. March 2005 mein Kalyan Janata Sahkari Bank ki recovery proceedings family ke Row Houses B1 & B2 ke sambandh mein hui. Usi period mein meri T.Y.B.Sc. Chemistry examination bhi thi. Mere records ke according recovery proceedings aur examination same day hue, jisse meri education aur subsequent life adversely affected hui. Flat B-602 ke society records ke regarding mujhe serious discrepancies/non-production ka issue hai, including membership, nomination, sale-agreement, society dues, AGM/SGM participation aur related statutory records. Main allegation/records ko sirf personal allegation ke roop mein nahi rakhna chahta; mera objective hai ki original official records independently verify hon aur jo factually correct hai woh establish ho. Maine 2026 mein concerned authorities ke against RTI applications, First Appeals aur Second Appeals pursue kiye hain. Maharashtra State Information Commission, Konkan Bench ke saamne mere connected Second Appeals bhi pending/registered hain, including: KOSIC/R/2026/60050 KOSIC/R/2026/60052 KOSIC/R/2026/60054 Ek hearing 28.05.2026 ko scheduled thi, lekin mere records ke according hearing effectively conduct/dispose nahi hui. Iske regarding maine subsequent reminder/Second Appeal correspondence bhi kiya. Mere paas 2020 se ab tak Flat B-602 ke society bills aur anya supporting documents available hain. Main available documents ko chronology ke saath organise karke appropriate authority/High Court ke saamne rakhna chahta hoon. Mujhe aapse kya assistance chahiye Main aapse financial help nahi maang raha hoon. Mujhe primarily aapki RTI/civic activism experience aur guidance chahiye: documents ko legally meaningful chronology mein organise karne mein guidance; RTI/Registrar/CIDCO/Police records ki verification strategy; connected authorities ke saamne matter effectively present karne ka guidance; agar records se serious irregularity establish hoti hai to appropriate independent inquiry/investigation ke lawful route ki guidance; aur kya matter ko Bombay High Court Article 226 ke through raise karna appropriate hai, is par practical guidance. Maine apne proposed High Court matter mein independent SIT/CBI investigation, appropriate judicial supervision, records preservation aur legally permissible interim protection jaise reliefs consider kiye hain. Main chahta hoon ki ye demands sirf allegations par nahi, balki documentary evidence aur verified records par based hon. Agar aap is matter ko dekhne ke liye willing hon, to main pehle 1–2 page case summary + important documents share kar sakta hoon. Aapki convenience ke according physical meeting bhi kar sakta hoon.
