I am a divorcee.
(1)When I am opening a bank account I dont see any specific column for me. There are only ''Single","Married".
Some of these bank accounts have accidental death insurance covered as they are salary accounts. Even though I left it blank, the office boy, who came to collect the document, ticked "married" saying, "anyway you were married no sir ?"
(a)Will this not create any issue in case my death happens and my parents are trying to get the death benifit ?
(b) will this be treated as submission of false information to the bank /insurer ?

(2) I guess(not sure) the insurance forms too have similar forms.
Would this not be any issue for the victims to take my benefit ? will it be treated as "wrongful submission of information"?

My father had inherited 2 properties from my grand father. In his Will, he had bequeathed each property to me & my sister-in-law (widow of elder brother). Market value of the property bequeathed to me is very much dis-proportionate with the market value of the property bequeathed to sister-in-law.

In view of this, I want to challenge the Will (on the ground that he never had the right to bequeath the properties since the same are not his own earned but inherited from this father) and demand for equal share.
