Dear Sir - This is to bring to your attention that I paid INR 64000 to the merchant called http://mobilicitystore.com/ through payumoney. I was told that I would be given additional 10% cash back if I pay the money through the card and I've had to release the money upfront. I was sent an email that my products will be delivered before 18th August 2016. I was talking to a person from the merchant side who named himself as Manish Dhanuka(8961356987). I could speak with him still yesterday and he went on saying that it would be delivered yesterday. Today onwards he is not receiving my calls and as per payumoney as I did release the fund so they can't assure me of the delivery or refund. Looks like I've been cheated here and I lodge this as a cyber fraud case.

My brother has an account with Edelweiss Ltd over the past 6 years and he has been a cautious investor so far, His main investments have been in NCD's and stocks up to a certain extent. He has never invested/traded in the F&O segment before.

However the past week, his relationship advisor from Edelweiss has suddenly bought options (F&O segment)for Nifty and Reliance without informing my brother. My brother was informed only after the trades had been completed at around 5 pm.

Now the trades are in huge loss of around Rs 150,000. These trades were also done by using the existing NCD's and Stocks as Collateral. When my brother confronted his relationship advisor about it, He is offering excuses and trying to escape from the situation. I wanted to know on the steps we can take to recover the money since these trades are fraudulent trades done by Edelweiss ?
