Our CHS is over 20 years old with about 100 members. Our lifts are old and need replacement/repair. What does the MCS Act say w.r.t to apportionment of cost of replacement / cost of repair. Is it to be apportioned equally amongst all members OR based on individual flat carpet area. FYI, for repair, the cost may range from Rs 50L to Rs 80L based on options to be chosen. For replacement, the cost may be around Rs 110L.  CHS, property-related issues
Dear Joydeep, The cost of lift replacement, or its repairs has to be shared by all the flats and shops, proportionate to the area of the shop/flat, under the Bye-law No. 76(a)((iii). Thanking you.

Hi Team, I had paid 65000 as fees to school on 30 Jan 25 for daughter's admission In the email notification by school it was mentioned fees is non refundable . On 13 Feb I decided to cancel the admission and submit written application to school and sent email as well to school on 17 Feb 2025. The school is not refunding fees.
