We are in the process of redeveloping our society. There is one flat, which has been purchased by the current resident during a bank auction. However the previous owner has challenged the society from transferring ownership and the matter is in the court. Can this permanent resident who has been paying society dues be kept away from the redevelopment process citing that the society has not been able to transfer the the flat to them  CHS, property-related issues
