Ordered a 64 gb memory card for rs600 from bookmyoffer but the memory card is not woking. I tried calling the customer care but the no is not picked up by anyone also no reply on the mutiple emails I have sent to their mail id.

My ICICI Bank's NRE A/C No.0*****2 was frauded for Rs 16554/= on 23-02-2015 by six PAYTM Transactions for which I have never shared any of my Bank details with anyone at all by any means neither did I set up online transaction process for remittance of my hard earned money from USA to Kolkata India.The Bank has declined to refund my money.This new A/C I used to send US Bank A/C Cheques to Mumbai for clearing from my A/C so no question of Cyber fraud from my ignorence or mistakeor stupidity.
I need to file a Consumer Harassment & Fraud case against the Bank for laxity & negligence in protecting the safe custody of my A/C and as I doubt is the hand work of an organised Racket of Fraud masters well within the Bank.I have stopped sending further moneys to that A/c ever since this happened and would need your intervention and Mediation in recovering my Money with all Interests,Penalties and doemorrage for not getting my money for my use during my last visit to India in 2015
