In 2016 my parents had received a call from Country Club stating they have won a free voucher for 3 night and 4 days stay at some resort. So in order to claim this they were called in some mall. So my parents went there to receive the voucher but Country Club people were interested in selling their membership instead. So finally they somehow convinced my parents to buy their membership for 10 years amounting to 1.3 lacs approx for free stay at any of their resort across India and international. Also Country Club promised to send free vouchers along with invitation passes for monthly events that happend at their resorts/hotel throughout the year. But till date we have not received any free vouchers or invitation passes. Neither my parents have availed their free stay services at any of their resorts/hotels past 2 years. Infact we tried booking last year some of their property in Kerela and Pune but couldn't do so due to the non-availabilty of the rooms.

Further to this we have tried reaching them many times over call, but couln't reach as the executives previosuly working their have left the organisation and their mobile numbers are not reachable.

Looking at current scenario and gone through the reviews of Country Club and their poor services which my parents have not been able to avail any till date, I am interested in refund for the same.

Can you please help and advice how can i do that? or any suggestion that can help me in getting my parent hard earned money back from these scams? Would appreciate if you can share what can i be our best possible solution?

I would advise you to first write to the Resort presenting the facts mentioned and ask for a refund of the money paid with interest, as they have not been able to deliver the promised services.
