i won against DLF in state commission, haryana vide order dt 25 10 2018.

DLF is bound to appeal in NCDRC.

my query;

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A CASE FILED, SAY IN DEC 2018 BE FINALLY SETTLLED IN THE NORMAL COURSE?.

It would take anywhere from 6 months to 2 years based on cases pending with NCDRC and also on the complexity of the case.

Dear Sir, I got re-installation service from LG for AC shifting. This was absolutely NOT used for @20 days as weather was pleasant. Upon starting we realized cooling issue & lodged complaint. Service person came & assured us that this issue will be under warranty of re-installation service & free. When I called back to check, they said this model is out of production & cant be repaired we will give you 15% discount for new purchase. I wrote to company email & issue is delegated to local office who are not responding. There was no job sheet made for 3 visits, they are not giving any thing in writing nor they are repairing.
