MBRRB (MHADA) has placed our Tenant/Occupant column in their certified tenant/occupant list as 'kept in Abeyance'. We are the permanent tenant/occupants since 1940s - Now, MBRRB has asked to obtain a Succession Certificate - but SC is only for movable properties - we need to apply for an Heirship Certificate from court, as per their press release. But Advocates have been charging huge legal fees which is unaffordable - our court fees only work out to around 4,500/- as per schedule - Are there any Advocates out there who can aid us in obtaining an Heirship Certificate pro-bono? I have purchased a New Fat directly from builder.Now our housing society is formed.The society is reluctant to add my name in membership list and demanding society transfer fee of Rs.25000/- I have paid this amount to builder while purchasing flat and I am having receipt of it and I have submitted it to society.Even though my name is not included in voter's list.
