Agreement with the tenant is for 1 month advance notice which starts on 1 march 2025 for 3 years and a 6 month lock in period . Now tenant has given a notice on 18 January that he want to leave but want to pay only till 18 February as he says it is a one month notice period requirement . Explained to him your month starts from the 1st of every month and rent will be needed for February in full but he insist that no this need to be pro data base and he should be allowed to pay till 18 feb only and not 28 feb .  CHS, property-related issues

Among the two holder of the property I am the second holder . When the property was purchased POWER OF ATTORNEY was given by the first holder who is my son.
