Our society has allotted play time to children with timing 5pm to 8 pm.But even after this time they keep on playing with lot of shouting. This causes lot of disturbance as I stay on second floor.Pl advise as to how this can stop.  Consumer complaints

Can the managing committee insist that the licencee of a leave and licence have all the necessary permissions from the bmc like trade licence ,food licence etc or it is upto the licencee 3.
