I am staying in a 200+ flat Co Op Hsg society in Pune.The society follows the model by laws. The Managing committee has decided to charge 10% from the Gym trainers engaged on personal basis by members. The personal trainer imparts training in the gym and as per MC that is commercial activity and hence they have started to charge 10 % of the fees paid to the personal trainer. Note that during the training imparted by the personal trainer the use of gym is not restricted and other members can use the gym.This charge of 10 % has not been passed in the AGM and the MC has implemented it with immediate effect stating that they will get it passed in AGM in August.  CHS, property-related issues

After obtaining NOC from the Society and Collector (it was collector land), I paid full consideration to the sellers and got the flat registered in my name at the sub-registrar office. I have the possession of the flat. After submission of all the documents to the Society, along with the requisite transfer fee, the Society is not registering me as a member of the Society. While they have not officially replied to any of my reminders, they have sent me a copy of the letter sent to the sellers asking them to pay some levy they charge the sellers. The seller is not paying the amount as he has already got full payment for the flat sold. Can the Society deny registering me a member after having issued an NOC and after getting all requisite documents and transfer fee from me?
