I am looking for some inputs here on how to go forward
On May 20,2022 i did a recharge on my brothers mobile via airtel thanks app via netbanking.
The transaction got failed. I got the same message from airtel.
After a week a inquired about the same from Airtel customer care. They said amount will be refunded within 2 days. Till now no refund has been done.
I called customer care 4 times in last 20 days. Every time they say amount will be refunded. But no refund is done still yet.
I also sent an email complaint to address : [email protected] But they are saying my email is not registered with this number.
Need your advice on the same to proceed further.
Should I start the process of filing a case in Consumer Forum? Or try to send Amazon a legal notice? Consumer complaints
