would like to know husband who is not member (but flat is on his wife name and son name ) can be eligibale for being a secretary and handle day to day work of society as well can sign all the documents as secretary , as the case is no other members would like to bear the secretary post . please advise . Father expire in the year 2024 society and having WILL but the same was not opened after death of my father as mother was bed ridden.
Society made my mother as primary member.
Mother also expire two months back.
As per father's WILL after his death his flat to be tranferred in favour of my mother and after that in favour of meslef and my two sisters, keeping my brother aside as he was given his share in property by my father 20 years back by selling his other property.
Can society transfer property in favour of myself and my two sisters on the basis of WILL without obtaining probate from court of law and without taking concent of my brother who may make problem while giving his concent. Wills & nominations
•Out of these 8 flats, the 2 owners having 6 flats have given their flats to a PG running entity.
•The owner of PG changing occupants frequently and without knowledge of us creating serious safety issue. • Please advice what action be taken against owners to stop PG runners, which is a Commercial activity,
• We,5 flat owners, also came to know that thase 2 owners are now planning to give their 6 flats to run a Hostel in residential premises. • How to stop this commercialization of residential premises and under which by laws this is cancelled be prevented under relevant Laws.
