India has completely overhauled its criminal justice system with three new criminal laws coming into effect from July 1, 2024. The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) replaced the Indian Penal Code (IPC); Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) replaced the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) and the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA) has replaced the Indian Evidence Act.

These changes bring significant reforms and modernisations, but many are still unclear about the implications and the practical changes these laws will introduce. To help clarify these important developments, we are pleased to invite you to an exclusive webinar with Sanjoy Ghose, senior advocate, Delhi High Court who will provide expert insights into the new criminal laws and their impact.

Why You Need to Attend:
Understanding these new laws is crucial for everyone — whether you're a legal professional, a business owner or a concerned citizen. These reforms will impact various aspects of legal proceedings, individual rights and law enforcement practices.
