I am a small business man and I am facing cibil problems with my PAn Card.
I'm having a small business and in the year 2007 I got an order from my overseas client for which I took some loans to procure the goods from my vendor. But the buyer cheated us and forfeited my money by showing him bankruptcy. Due to that I became a defaulter to HDFC Bank and CITI Bank. I request them several times to give me some time - and I will pay all their dues. But the bank didn't hear a single word and sent hooligans to my house and also threatened me over the telephone and hassreshed me several times. As such I had no option to make Title Suit against both the banks.
And the details are as below:-
1) T.S# 3858; dt.:- 11-09-2009 against HDFC Bank.
2) T.S.#:- 3746; Dt.:- 01-09-2009 against CITI Bank.
Both the banks didn't appear to the court and in place of that they are intentionally sending wrong and faulty information to CIBIL to affect my PAN Card.
Please help me as I am in deep trouble and want to get rid from this situation - otherwise I have to commit suicide as these cibil is also affecting my family and Kids. Dispute
