Dear Sir, Open Car Parking are owned by the CHS of the Building, and cannot be sold to any flat owner. Under Bye-law No. 74(B)(iv) Society will make a complaint to a Co-operative court, against to flt owner who bought all parking from the society. Society will make the builder party to this case, against buyer of the parking. Society will hire the services of a good and experienced advocate, to lodge the case, and argue the case, when it comes for hearing.
