I have been harassed by Phoenix ARC for repayment of credit card outstanding which became due during 2003. Firstly, the outstanding amount relates to Annual charges levied for a credit card from ABN AMRO, which I never received and they claim to have sent it to me and charged Annual charges.

Its been 15 years and now they are harassing me for repayment. My CIBIL score has also got affected as they have published this as write off. The amount in question is very small but I do not want to pay as I have not used this credit card for personal gains.

How can I resolve this issue ?
