If you want any detailed advice from us, you will need to share your report with our counsellors. This, as you know, is FREE Counselling from a not-for-profit foundation and you have no worries about being chased by any collection agents. You can come in person, or email it to us and we can forward it to them for advice on your behalf.
As for your second wish of improving your CIBIL score ASAP - we have no such quick fix remedy. Depending on your credit report and your current borrowings (for instance whether you make timely payments on your credit card and post-paid telephone bills) you will be able to rebuild your score. Or by having timely payments on a fresh loan.
