I have been a regular payee on all my debts and maintained a credit score of over 810 when checked on May 6 2019. I have applied for a credit card and was shocked to learn it was rejected because of low CIBIL score. On refreshing my report, I found that my name has been changed in CIR and a loan initiated by some other person has been merged into my report due to which CIBIL score fell over 150 points.

The loan so merged was initiated in 2004, when I was 13 years old and a minor and I have have never transacted with the bank in question

Please help me with this issue
