Sir, I have purchased flat on resale from first owner in 2008. Builder has allotted stilt parking to previous owner (first owner) during his purchase of flat in 2007 along with flat. Now, society is demanding that once flat is resold, allotted stilt parking will taken over by society. Is it correct? Please reply, regards  Dispute
