Senior citizen 70 plus made a type error while online payment. Wong account number, right name and right ifsc code. Bank approved the beneficary. Same day complaint to dcb bank and they gave a complaint number raising it to target uco bank. After that dcb closed the complaint with o solution. Rbi rejected complaint under a section which isnnt appealable. Senior citizen is running pillar to post with no resolution. Amount 35000 ra.  Dispute

Dear Sir My mobile was hacked on 13/02/2026 and fraudsters has done log in in my Kotak bank mobile app by changing MPIN. After longing in to the account controls and limit of credit card have changed. Transferred Rs 454000 with six transactions. To fulfill credit limit requirement 225000 had transferred from saving account to credit card. I had informed to Kotak bank. I had registered complain in cybercrime department. Cybercrime department had informed that most of money are withdrawn and cannot be recovered. Kotak bank had replied that all transactions are done with second level of security. OTP was generated and forwarded on E mail and SMS on mobile. So they are not responsible for the same. And I have to pay all dues of credit card Please advise further action plan.  Credit Card
