Unity Infraprojects Ltd said it received a project order worth Rs74.5 crore from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay.
The project work includes construction of hostel buildings including internal services like public health, electrical, fire fighting and elevators at IIT premises in Powai, Unity Infra said in a statement.
On Monday, Unity Infra shares gained 2.3% to Rs117 on Bombay Stock Exchange, while the benchmark Sensex gained 1.9% to 18,560 points.
