Time Management with Pomodoro Timer
The Pomodoro Technique® is a popular time management method developed in the late 1980s. It’s really simple. You break down your work into 25-minute intervals separated by short breaks. These intervals are named pomodoros, the plural in English of the Italian word pomodoro (tomato), after the tomato-shaped kitchen-timer that Cirillo (the originator of this technique) used as a university student. The technique has been scientifically proven to improve your productivity and aid assimilation.
