SEBI introduces anchor investor concept; rationalises disclosure norms for rights issues
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) said it has decided to
introduce the concept of anchor investors (AIs) who are qualified institutional
buyers (QIBs), besides approving amendments regarding disclosure norms for
rights issues.
