Reliance Media World intends to build multi-media entity

Reliance Media World Ltd, a division of the Reliance ADA Group, said it plans to build a multi-media entity that would offer marketers integrated solutions for their business needs.

The business verticals of the group including radio (Big 92.7 FM), out of home (Big Street), experiential marketing (Big Live) and the mobile and online space (Big Digital) are now being brought together to deliver offer clients a multi-media product.

The Mumbai-based company has already received Board approval for the same and is waiting for regulatory approvals, post which we will be known as Reliance Broadcast Network.

On Thursday, Reliance Media World shares ended 5% higher at Rs77 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, while the benchmark Sensex closed 0.9% up at 17,616 points.
