Oil Field Warehouse & Services Pvt Ltd (OWS), a specialised oil and gas services provider said it formed a joint venture with Europe-based oil and gas supply chain services provider ASCO. No financial details were provided.
The 50:50 Indian joint venture aims to provide qualified and professional services to the operators and contractors working in the Indian sub-continent, OWS said in a release.
The joint venture company, named as OWSASCO Offshore Pvt Ltd, intends to professionalise all logistics, shore base and other support services in the oil and gas domain and bring it to the international standards, the company added.
