In a down and out real estate market, National Stock Exchange (NSE) and its
group companies bought a 80,000 square feet (sq ft) commercial space in
Kohinoor City, near Vidyavihar station, for Rs15,000 per sq ft. NSE does have a
huge office at Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), then where was the need for another
office, that too when there are plenty of spaces available at BKC itself?
