National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) has issued a series of investor cautions against five individuals, entities and social media platforms allegedly offering dabba or illegal trading services and, in one case, securities market tips and assured or guaranteed returns. NSE said the persons or entities named in the notices are not registered as members or authorised persons of any registered member of the Exchange and that police complaints have been lodged in the matters.
In a notice dated 29 September 2026, NSE cautioned investors against a person identified as ‘Sanjay’, operating through mobile number 9211242824, a YouTube channel called ‘Trade with Manish’ youtube.com/@Tradewithmanish-1 and the website app.globalcorefx.pro. According to NSE, the person was providing securities market tips, offering assured or guaranteed returns on stock market investments and providing dabba/illegal trading services.
NSE also issued a caution on 28 September against ‘Jaidev Tripati’, operating through mobile number 9571711679, the YouTube channel ‘Trader Jaidev’ having link youtube.com/@Tradewithjaidev, Telegram channel ‘Tradefuture Official’ and websites traderjaidev.taplink.bio and tradefuturefx.com/register?ref=FSCMDPEHRC linked to the same activity. The Exchange said the person was providing securities market tips and dabba or illegal trading services and was not registered either as an Exchange member or an authorised person of a registered member.
On 30 September, NSE cautioned investors against a Telegram channel named ‘Bull Eye Traders Group’ having link t.me/dabbatradingbulleye/300302, which it said was providing dabba/illegal trading services.
Another caution issued on the same day involved a person named ‘Zoya’, claiming to be associated with an entity called ‘Bull Titan’ operating through mobile number “7024140982. NSE said the person was operating through a Facebook group named ‘Dabba Trading’ and a website bulltiatans.world/themes/premium and was providing dabba or illegal trading services. The Exchange again clarified that the person or entity was not registered as a member or authorised person of any registered member and that a police complaint had been lodged.
In the latest notice, dated 1 October 2026, NSE cautioned investors against a person identified as ‘Rahul’, claiming to be associated with ‘Turbo Trader’. The person was operating through mobile number 9519527367, a Telegram channel named ‘Turbo Trader Dabba Trading’ and the website turbotrader.live according to the Exchange. NSE said the platform was providing dabba or illegal trading services and was not registered with the Exchange. A police complaint has also been lodged in this matter.
NSE advised investors not to subscribe to schemes or products offered by such persons, entities or social-media platforms. It pointed out that investors can use its
‘know/locate your stock broker’ facility to verify whether an entity or individual is registered with the Exchange or is an authorised person of a registered member.
The Exchange further warned that dabba trading is prohibited and carries legal consequences. Under Section 23(1) of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 (SCRA), contravention of Sections 13, 16, 17 or 19 can attract imprisonment of up to 10 years, a fine of up to ₹25 crore, or both. NSE also said that offences punishable under Section 23 are cognizable under the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and may be investigated by state law-enforcement authorities. It added that dabba trading also falls within the purview of Sections 316, 318 and 61 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
Importantly, NSE cautioned that investors using such illegal platforms will not have access to the investor-protection mechanisms available under the Exchange's jurisdiction. These include the Exchange's dispute-resolution mechanism and its investor grievance-redressal mechanism. Participation in such platforms is at the investor's own risk, cost and consequences, NSE said.
The Exchange has advised investors to take note of these cautions and avoid trading through illegal platforms that are neither approved nor endorsed by NSE. Its consolidated list of investor-related cautionary press releases is available on the NSE website.
