NSE Warns Investors about Unauthorised Market Operations of G Trade and Tanvi Kamble
Moneylife Digital Team 11 June 2026
The National Stock Exchange (NSE) has issued fresh investor advisories warning the public against two unregistered entities, G Trade and Tanvi Kamble, allegedly offering stock market tips, account-handling services and promises of assured returns, reiterating that such activities are prohibited under securities market regulations.

In one advisory , NSE said it had received information about a YouTube channel named ‘G Trade with Confidence’ having link https://www.youtube.com/@TradewithConfidence-g17 , which claims to be associated with an entity called ‘G Trade’ and operates through mobile number 9994948716. According to the exchange, the channel has been providing securities market tips and investment-related recommendations to investors despite not being registered either as an NSE member or as an authorised person of any registered member.

In a separate warning, NSE flagged an individual named Tanvi Kamble, operating through mobile number 7080007189, for allegedly providing stock market tips and account-handling services. Exchange stated that the individual is not registered as a member or authorised person of any registered NSE member.

NSE has advised investors not to subscribe to schemes or products that promise indicative, assured or guaranteed returns from stock market investments. Exchange reiterated that such claims are prohibited by law and warned investors against sharing trading credentials, including user IDs and passwords, with any third party.

The Exchange reminded investors that they can verify the credentials of stockbrokers and authorised persons through its ‘know/locate your stock broker’ facility available on the NSE website. The platform also provides details of designated client bank accounts disclosed by trading members, enabling investors to verify the authenticity of entities before transferring funds or engaging in securities transactions.

NSE further warned that investors participating in such unauthorised schemes do so entirely at their own risk. Any disputes arising from dealings with unregistered operators will not be eligible for investor protection benefits, exchange-administered dispute resolution mechanisms or investor grievance redressal facilities offered under the Exchange's regulatory framework.

The latest advisories form part of NSE's ongoing efforts to combat the growing menace of unregistered tipsters and social media-based operators who lure investors with promises of high or guaranteed returns.

Investors are advised to verify registration details before acting on investment advice and to remain cautious of unsolicited stock recommendations circulated through social media platforms, messaging services and online channels.
