NSE Warns about Kirti Patel, Decent Wealth Management and Money Forest Who Are Luring Investors with Guaranteed Returns

National Stock Exchange (NSE) has issued a warning about one Kirti Patel, an unregistered investment advisor, and Decent Wealth Management and Money Forest, the two firms he is associated with for luring investors with .
 
In a release, NSE says, "It has been brought to the notice of the Exchange that person named Kirti Patel associated with entities named Decent Wealth Management and Money Forest operating through mobile number 9016478696 and 7862029937 is providing securities market tips and assured/guaranteed returns on investment in stock market."
 
Cautioning investors, the Exchange advises them not to subscribe to any such scheme or product offered by any person offering guaranteed returns in the stock market, which is prohibited by law. Further, investors are advised not to share their trading credentials, such as user ID and password, with anyone. 
 
"It may also be noted that Kirti Patel is not registered either as a member or authorised person of any registered member of the NSE," the Exchange says.
 
NSE has also said it does not endorse such advisory and trade practices. The investors were also informed that the dispute resolution mechanism, investor grievance redressal mechanism and protection offered to investors as per the norms of NSE would not be provided if any dispute is raised by anyone who had indulged in this prohibited scheme.
 
"Participation in such a prohibited scheme will be under the investors' own risk, cost, and consequences as such schemes are neither approved nor endorsed by the Exchange," NSE added.
