Indian equity indices declined following reports that Iran attacked commercial tankers in the Strait of Hormuz during transit. These incidents led to retaliatory strikes by US forces on Iran. US President Donald Trump stated that the Memorandum of Understanding with Iran is no longer valid and that engaging with Iran was futile. Following Trump's remarks, the Dow futures are down close to 400 points, while Crude oil prices have seen gains of over 4% to trade above the mark of $77 to a barrel.

INOX India (+3.85%) secured ₹939 crore in orders across Industrial Gas, LNG, and Cryo-scientific segments, including a ₹150 crore order from the space exploration sector. Additional orders were received for storage tanks and dispensers.
Nazara Technologies (-1.89%) received NCLT approval to withdraw its merger plan with Paper Boat Apps due to changes in restructuring strategy. The decision was approved by the Board in May 2026.
Orchid Pharma (+8.39%) signed a licensing deal with Russia’s Pharmasyntez for Exblifep®, targeting serious infections with a potential $178 million market opportunity over 10 years. Pharmasyntez will handle registration and commercialization in Russia.
Bajaj Finserv (-1.61%) declared a ₹1.50 per share dividend for FY25-26 and scheduled its annual general meeting (AGM) for 31 July, including auditor re-appointments and director retirements. The AGM will be conducted virtually.

TVS Motor (-1.97%) partnered with Indian Oil to deploy TVS King Kargo HD vehicles for sustainable LPG distribution, aiming to reduce emissions and costs. The partnership taps into Indian Oil’s 13,000+ distributor network.
Suven Life Sciences (-0.70%) allotted 1.85 crore shares via warrant conversion, raising ₹249 crore and increasing its paid-up capital to 28.25 crore shares. Shares were allotted to 17 non-promoter entities.
