Lupin Limited received an establishment inspection report (EIR) from US food and drug administration (US FDA) for its Somerset, New Jersey facility, classified as voluntary action indicated (VAI). The inspection ran from 13th to 17 April 2026, affirming compliance commitment.
 
Suryoday Small Finance Bank received ₹387.45 crore claim payment under the credit guarantee fund for micro units (CGFMU) scheme on 1 July 2026. This supports the Bank’s focus on microfinance initiatives.
 
Ajanta Pharma received the EIR from the US FDA for its Paithan facility, classified as VAI. The inspection took place from April 13 to 21 April 2026, marking the inspection process's conclusion.

GK Energy Limited secured a ₹48.02-crore order for installing 10MW rooftop solar projects across 1,150 domestic locations, to be completed within 90 days. The contract has no related-party involvement.
 
VA Tech Wabag secured a major order for expanding Vienna’s Donauinsel water works, enhancing water supply infrastructure with advanced treatment processes. The project supports Vienna’s long-term water resilience plan.
 
Godrej Properties won a bid for a 4.95-acre residential land parcel in Noida for ₹331.75 crore. The project aims to generate over ₹2,000 crore in revenue through premium residential development.
 
Diffusion Engineers received a domestic order worth ₹26.31 crore for supplying Regenerative Air Preheater (RAPH) rotor assembly to a power sector client, with deliveries starting by March 2027.
 
Transformers and Rectifiers (India) secured an ultra-mega order worth over ₹1,000 crore from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited for manufacturing transformers over 30 months.

Pidilite Ventures Pvt Ltd completed a share swap transferring its stake in Buildnext Construction Solutions to JSW One Platforms Limited, ending Buildnext’s association with PVPL.
 
Max Healthcare Institute acquired 100% class a equity shares in Yerawada Properties Private Limited, Pune, as part of plans to develop a 450-bed super speciality hospital. The acquisition was completed on 30 June 2026.
 
Maithan Alloys completed its merger with subsidiary Impex Metal & Ferro Alloys Limited effective 30th June 2026, following national company law tribunal (NCLT) approval. The merger consolidates assets and liabilities to streamline operations and enhance efficiencies.
 
Alkem Laboratories subsidiary, Alkem Medtech, executed a supplementary agreement to acquire 51%-55% stake in Swiss med-tech firm Occlutech Holding AG, advancing its strategic expansion.
 
Sai Parenterals subsidiary, Noumed Pharmaceuticals, signed a ₹1,300 crore exclusive OTC medicine supply contract with Australia’s leading pharmacy network, effective 1 July 2026. The agreement spans 7.5 years, with an extension option.
 
State Bank of India (SBI) issued US$300mn in senior unsecured floating rate notes with a 3-year maturity, paying Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) + 100bps (basis points), through its London branch.
