As soon as you install and run the app, you will see two rows of big red buttons offering to lock your phone for anywhere from 15 minutes to three hours. You can answer calls, read notifications and use the camera; but that’s it. You can lock yourself out until X time or lock later, or schedule regular daily lockouts or even set up automatic lockouts, based on your usage. You’ll even find an option that lets you lock your phone for 30 minutes, if your screen time exceeds five hours per day—or if you unlock the device more than 12 times in an hour.
