Hi,

I had bought membership of country vacations around 1 year back and was promised life time membership of country club along with it. I have not received the club membership card till date while I was promised of getting it within 2 weeks from my payment date. Also, a lot of other things were promised to me along with many details regarding their program none of which were true.
I have not used any of their services till date and i am not interested it in anymore. Can I get my money back (partly/fully)?

Please help!

Thanks,
Sumit.
