Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd said its standalone net profit for the September 2010 quarter rose 45.7% to Rs62 crore from Rs42.6 crore previous year.
Its total revenues increased 14% to Rs641.1 crore from Rs562.6 crore, Jain Irrigation said in a regulatory filing.
On Monday, Jain Irrigation shares ended 2.9% up at Rs233 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, while the benchmark Sensex closed 0.7% down at 20,852 points.
