Thanks for moving forward with Investor complaint mechanism. But there is total Kios between SEBI and NSE on registration of complaints. I want to raise a complaint against Broker. I went to Scores portal, which convey, it needs to be dealt with respective stock exchange first. When I approached to NSE investor cell got message, it needs to be registered with SEBI first. I am in dilemma, how to get justice with broker malpractice.
SEBI....Scores portal confirming, it needs to be registered first with NSE. It is asking explanation, if not done so. Latest Citizen Charter download from SEBI website is also confirming NSE first. But NSE response in is exactly opposite to it as received.
If not resolved, the Investor shall raise it through Scores Portal. Subsequently, if not resolved, you may take it up at SMARTODR Portal. In view of the above, you are requested to kindly lodge the complaint through Scores Portal
Kindly suggest, how my complaint will be addressed as nobody is taking registration responsibility. Resolution would be secondary.
