Infinite Painter for Digital Artists
Infinite Painter is one of the most feature-packed apps for digital artists, with dozens of brush pre-sets and the ability to create your own, along with layers, blending, editing tools and more, plus the option to export your images as JPEG, PNG, PSD or ZIP.
It has detailed tutorials and guides, although the interface is so simple that you should be able to find your way through most things anyway.
It has superior tools, brushes and interface which help you import and export PSD layers and also add images from the gallery / web.
Many of the advanced features are for the paid version, but it allows you to try them out before you actually buy them.
An interesting tool for the creative digital artist.

Hidden Camera Detector
These days, there is a lot of concern over privacy issues and worries about hidden cameras. This app can detect a hidden camera efficiently. (You need to have a magnetic sensor in your phone, otherwise this will not work.)
Just fire the app and then move your phone close to the area where you doubt there is a hidden camera—it could be a shower, flowerpot, lens looking part or changing room mirror. If a camera is detected, it will beep instantly.
It also has one more tool which detects infrared lights. Just open the infrared detector and scan for white light that appears on the screen but is not visible to the naked eye. Such white light indicates infrared light. It could be an infrared camera.
A very useful tool while travelling or in changing rooms.

Have you tested whether this works as advertised? I think cameras do not (have to) emit any noticeable radiation for recording. And the whole premise of this and similar apps are cameras emit some radiation (IR etc). Which may not be true. Please clarify

I second you. Cameras are intended to capture light and not emit it.
