Hindustan Dorr-Oliver Ltd (HDO) said it joined hands with Netherlands-based Bronswerk Heat Transfer BV (BHT) to manufacture BHT's critical equipments in India.
Further this collaboration will also facilitate BHT to compete in the Europe, US and Middle East market.
On Tuesday, HDO shares ended 0.5% up at Rs121 on the BSE, while the benchmark Sensex closed 0.7% down at 17,749 points.
