With much pleasure and happiness, we would like to share the news of Kalamandir Foundation receiving the award for Best in Corporate Social Responsibility Practice at Responsible Business Awards held at Taj Lands End, Mumbai. The Award committee endorsed by Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs and supported by World CSR Day, Dr. R.L. Bhatia (Founder, World CSR Day) presented the award to Kalamandir Kalyan in Best CSR Practice category.

Excited about the prestigious awards, Kalamandir Kalyan (CEO) of Kalamandir said, “We, at Kalamandir, are overwhelmed at being chosen for this esteemed award. We are grateful to our customers, employees and supporters for helping us to win this award. In fact we always believe in giving back to the society in the best possible way of service. Kalamandir Foundation - a Corporate Social Responsibility division of Kalamandir, was started under the guidance of Kalamandir Management on 7th July 2007 on the occasion of Mr. CHNKD Prasad (Founder, Chairman & Managing Director) Birthday. The foundation is looking forward to serve the needy in the society and offers the promise of a better tomorrow, through it awareness campaigns and service projects.

The objective of Kalamandir Foundation is to help the needy in the society in the best way possible. During yester years, the foundation has been piloting the service by lending their helping hand to NGOs’, in all possible ways and had witnessed many lives changed for better. Through creating opportunities and working towards a more equitable society, Kalamandir Foundation has made small, but effective strides in rebuilding humanity.

Kalamandir Foundation is recognized as a charitable organization under the Income Tax Department of the Government of India. Donations to Kalamandir Foundation are eligible for 80g exemption.
