Unity Infraprojects Ltd said it received a project order worth Rs74.5 crore from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay.
The project work includes construction of hostel buildings including internal services like public health, electrical, fire fighting and elevators at IIT premises in Powai, Unity Infra said in a statement.
On Monday, Unity Infra shares gained 2.3% to Rs117 on Bombay Stock Exchange, while the benchmark Sensex gained 1.9% to 18,560 points.
Opto Circuits (India) Ltd, a healthcare equipment manufacturer, said its subsidiary received a clearance from the US Food & Drug Administration (FDA) for its new modular patient monitoring system - eVision 9100.
The certification enables its unit Criticare Systems Inc to sell eVision 9100 in most parts of the world, particularly in the US, which is one of the largest markets for patient monitors. According to Global Markets Direct, the revenue for multi-parameter patient monitors is estimated to be around $2,249 million, it said in a regulatory filing.
On Monday, Opto Circuits shares ended 1% up at Rs282 on Bombay Stock Exchange, while the benchmark Sensex gained 1.9% to 18,560 points.
Milk and milk products producer Anik Industries Ltd registered net profit of Rs11.1 crore for the year ended March 2010, a rise of 2.8%, as compared to Rs10.8 crore during the previous year ended March 2009.
Its total revenues rose 19.9% to Rs1,223.3 crore in the year ended March 2010 as against Rs1,021 crore during the previous year ended March 2009. Anik Industries recommended a dividend of 6% per equity share.
On Monday, Anik Industries shares declined 0.2% to Rs62 on Bombay Stock Exchange, while the benchmark Sensex gained 1.9% to 18,560 points.
