Swafe BPM appoints Manu Raj as chief operating officer

Manu Raj will oversee the quality and timeliness of Swafe services to its clients

Swafe BPM announced the appointment of Manu Raj as the chief operating officer (COO) of their company. In this new role, Mr Raj will oversee the quality and timeliness of Swafe services to its clients. Mr Raj comes with a operational experience of 16 year in large MNCs like Accenture, Sitel India and Transworks Services. He was at the leadership role in capability development & customer service delivery operations in Accenture Services, Mumbai, before accepting this role.

"We see more opportunity in pan-India process standardisation, automating status capture and dissemination, and machine autoreporting and management. Some of this is in the pipeline now for field testing this year. It will be a breakthrough in our ability to deliver excellent service and our client's ability to see service status on demand," said COO Mr Manu Raj.

Sundaram Mutual Fund new issue closes on 27 May 2011

Sundaram Mutual Fund has launched Sundaram Fixed Term Plan-AU, a close-ended income scheme.

The objective of the scheme would be to generate income with minimum volatility by investing in debt and money market securities, which mature on or before the maturity of the scheme. The tenor of the scheme is 18 months.

The new issue closes on 27 May 2011. The minimum investment amount is Rs5,000.

CRISIL Short-Term Bond Fund Index is the benchmark index. Dwijendra Srivastava is the fund manager.
