Mumbai-based PBA Infrastructure Ltd said it won a contract, worth Rs14.33 crore from Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC).
PBA would construct WMM road with asphalt treatment including central road divider and allied work at IT Park-II (Phase-I) at Nagpur (Butibori) Industrial Area.
On Wednesday, PBA Infrastructure shares ended 0.3% up at Rs75 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, while the benchmark Sensex closed at 0.3% up at 17,462 points.
Hyderabad-based Vivimed Labs Ltd said it formed a manufacturing alliance with New Jersey-based chemical supplier International Specialty Products Inc (ISP) for production of ultraviolet (UV) absorbers. No financial details were provided.
The manufacturing alliance will allow the two companies to jointly market specific products used in sprays and lotions that include UVA and UVB protective properties.
From October onwards, ISP will add a number of UVA and UVB absorbers manufactured by Vivimed to its portfolio of sun protection ingredients.
On Wednesday, Vivimed shares gained 1.1% to Rs168 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, while the benchmark Sensex closed at 0.3% up at 17,462 points.
India's largest software company, Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS) said it signed a multi-year contract with Telenor Norway. No financial details were provided.
The contract includes application, maintenance and development services and will involve modernisation of Telenor's Norway application portfolio across its OSS, fixed, mobile, datawarehouse and accounting system domains.
On Wednesday, TCS shares gained 0.8% to Rs771 on Bombay Stock Exchange, while the benchmark Sensex closed at 0.3% up at 17,462 points.
