NCR Corporation has launched a new mobile banking platform called NCR Aptra, which enables banks to offer services via downloadable apps, mobile browsers or SMSes. NCR Aptra provides all the features consumers need to manage their money on the move. It enables banks to integrate mobile with other online, kiosks, ATMs and teller banking channels, helping to drive adoption of mobile banking and deliver new services across integrated channels. The solution gives financial institutions a fast way to set up a range of mobile banking services, such as account balances checks, transaction history, money transfer between accounts, bills payment among others.
MyDesign Card allows customers to incorporate a personal image of their choice on the card
Axis Bank has launched MyDesign Card-a debit card, which allows customers to incorporate a personal image of their choice on the card. The image can be their photograph or a graphic image from the image gallery of Axis Bank.
Existing customers can apply online for the card for a fee of Re1. The daily ATM withdrawal limit, purchase limit at merchant outlets, insurance cover, special offers, reward points and all other debit card features are applicable for the particular debit card variant you choose (MasterCard Gold Plus, MasterCard, Visa etc) would be applicable for the MyDesign Debit Card as well.
Birla Sun Life MF new issue closes on 21st September
Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund has launched Birla Sun Life Short Term FMP-Series 20, a close-ended income scheme.
The investment objective of the scheme is to generate income by investing in a portfolio of fixed income securities maturing on or before the duration of the scheme.
The new issue closes on 21st September. The minimum investment amount is Rs5,000.
