Mold-Tek Packaging wins order from Berger Paints India worth Rs25 crore

Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd has received orders from Berger Paints India Ltd for supply of packaging pails. With this company expects additional annual sales of around Rs25 crore from Berger Paints India Ltd.

Mold-Tek, formerly Mold-Tek Plastics Ltd, is the manufacturer of plastic packaging products, which offers packaging solutions to segments like paints, lubricants, cosmetics, FMCGs etc. Berger Paints India is the second largest decorative paints company in India.

On Wednesday, Mold-Tek Packaging shares ended 3.04% down at Rs81 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, while the benchmark Sensex closed 0.25% up at 16,657 points.

MIC Electronics wins order for supply of LED screens for Commonwealth Games

Hyderabad-based MIC Electronics has won an order for supply of light-emitting diode (LED) screens for Commonwealth Games 2010, which are to be held from 3rd October to 14th October at New Delhi. The company was awarded the contract by Pico, one of the world's major marketing service providers, which is the event management company for the Commonwealth Games.

A total of 19 LED screens will be installed at the stadiums, of which 12 will be of 600 sq ft area. The remaining seven will have a smaller area of 150 sq ft each.

Under the contract, MIC will install about 8,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor screens at Jawaharlal Nehru stadium and Srifort stadium. The rental income from these screens will be Rs8.56 crore.

On Wednesday, MIC Electronics shares ended 0.79% up at Rs38 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, while the benchmark Sensex closed 0.25% up at 16,657 points.

ARSS Infrastructure wins order from RITES worth Rs114.49 crore

Bhubaneswar-based ARSS Infrastructure Projects Ltd has received an order from RITES Ltd, Nagpur worth Rs114.49 crore.

The company is engaged in the business of construction activities in India. It undertakes construction of railway infrastructure, roads, highways, bridges and irrigation projects.

On Wednesday, ARSS Infrastructure's shares ended 5.02% up at Rs1,120 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, while the benchmark Sensex closed 0.25% up at 16,657 points.
