The Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd said its subsidiary Greatship Global Offshore Services Pte Ltd, has taken the delivery of a platform supply and support vessel from from Singapore-based Keppel Singmarine Pte Ltd.
The vessel, Greatship Mamta, is a dynamically positioned (DP2) vessel, capable of supporting offshore exploration, production and subsea construction activities.
On Wednesday, Great Eastern shares ended 0.3% up at Rs285 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, while the Sensex closed 0.6% higher at 17,977 points.
Dhunseri Tea & Industries Ltd said it appointed KV Balan as its company secretary and compliance officer.
Separately, the company also appointed R Mahadevan as the company secretary and compliance officer of its unit DI Marketing Ltd.
On Wednesday, Dhunseri Tea shares ended flat at Rs164 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, while the Sensex closed 0.6% higher at 17,977 points.
Mumbai-based software company Rolta India Ltd said it signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for providing geospatial technology vocation course, for XI & XII standard students as the resource partner, No financials were disclosed.
According to the MoU, Rolta will provide technical assistance, develop and create the curriculum, and impart advanced training to CBSE teachers across the country.
On Wednesday, Rolta shares declined 0.3% to Rs178 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, while the Sensex closed 0.6% higher at 17,977 points.
