Eldeco Housing and Industries Ltd said its net profit for the financial year 2010-11 increased to Rs7.66 crore from Rs6.66 crore last fiscal.
During the current fiscal, its revenues declined to Rs47.78 crore from Rs102.78 crore in the last fiscal, said the company in a filing to Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
On Thursday, Eldeco Housing shares ended 1.24% down to Rs227 on BSE, while the benchmark Sensex closed 0.26% higher at 18,226 points.
